Method of production of and antibody response to an oil adjuvant Bacteroides nodosus bacterin.

چکیده
A procedure is described for the production of a highly concentrated Bacteroides nodosus bacterin. An oil adjuvant bacterin which elicited the best antibody response in rabbits produced a response in sheep which lasted for at least 6 months.
